Job summary

University Health Network (UHN) in Toronto seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple, complex initiatives within the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre and Medical Imaging portfolio. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration across organizations, and delivering on milestones.

Reporting to the Manager, Office of Strategy Management, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage communications, and ensure budget adherence while advancing healthcare transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a health or Business or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare project management experience.
• PMP or Change Management certification an asset.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects in healthcare or public sector.
• Ability to communicate with senior management and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of multiple projects within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintain focus on change management and communications across stakeholders.
• Interface with sponsors and leaders to build relationships for successful delivery.
• Develop and review short and long-term plans aligned with program goals.
• Mobilize project teams with the right talent and skills to execute plans.
• Regularly monitor progress, risk, and issues with leadership; adjust plans accordingly.
• Manage project budget and coordinate with Finance to meet targets.
