Job summary

The College of Nurses of Ontario seeks a Program Analyst, Strategic Plan to support strategy implementation across initiatives. You will analyze data, generate reports, and provide governance inputs to Senior Leadership.

You will maintain planning tools, support budget planning, assess readiness and change impacts, and collaborate with initiative teams to identify risks and interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in business management, public policy administration or other relevant areas.
• Relevant professional experience supporting program, project, portfolio, or strategic initiative implementation, including monitoring, reporting, and risk or dependency tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyses, synthesizes, and interprets strategic plan implementation information to develop reports, forecasts, models, and recommendations.
• Identifies trends, gaps, interdependencies, sequencing considerations, and risks to support planning and decision-making.
• Maintains budget planning inputs and supports funding estimates for strategic initiatives.
• Advances planning cycles by improving tools and governance materials for leadership reporting.
• Supports planning cycles with planning templates, schedules, and budget materials for monitoring.
• Assesses readiness and change impacts across initiatives, identifying mitigation needs.
