Job summary

Stripe is seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with senior leaders and managers to craft and execute our people strategy. You will enable leaders to build high-impact, healthy teams and advance Stripe’s mission through scalable people practices.

You will partner across functions to influence organizational design, change management, and talent planning, using data to inform decisions and improve cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably in tech environments.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders to align people strategy with business results.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with detail-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver on the people strategy.
• Advance Stripe's mission by enabling high-impact, healthy teams.
• Design and implement org structures and initiatives that improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, change management, and strategic planning.
• Use data to inform decisions and drive best practices across the organization.
• Promote Stripe operating principles and foster diversity and inclusion across teams.
