Job summary

OSI Maritime Systems is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across our global maritime operations. You will partner with business leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, performance, and organizational design, while guiding change and culture initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a business-facing HRBP or Generalist role, and must obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a business-facing HRBP or Generalist role.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and judgment.
• Experience with using people data to build business cases and influence decisions.
• Must obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to partnering business leaders.
• Translate business strategy into workforce planning, organizational design, and talent priorities.
• Lead or support restructuring, reorganizations, and M&A integration from a people perspective.
• Coach managers on performance issues, conflict, and difficult conversations; resolve employee relations issues.
• Use people analytics to inform recommendations and present insights to leadership.
