Job summary

The Canadian Museum of Nature in Gatineau, QC is seeking a Senior Officer, Partnerships and Giving to lead fundraising activities and strengthen donor engagement. You will manage corporate grants, sponsorships and foundation gifts up to $250,000, while building relationships with partners and sponsors to maximize revenue and impact.

Under the Director, Partnerships and Giving, you will steward a major pipeline and collaborate with teams to create compelling proposals and funding agreements,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fundraising experience, including corporate sponsorships and foundation giving.
• Experience identifying, soliciting and stewarding donors at mid- to major levels.
• Ability to design proposals, pitches and impact reports and manage gift agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of corporate grants, sponsorships and foundation gifts up to $250,000.
• Cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of donors and sponsors; manage major pipeline ($250,000+).
• Collaborate with the Director and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.
