ADP in Etobicoke, ON is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive national partner strategies, develop business cases, and collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities in Canada.
The role requires deep analytical capabilities, the ability to translate insights into actionable plans, and hands-on execution across strategy, sales operations, and partner management.
Applying your unique combination of business capabilities in business development, operations, sales, business analysis and partner account management, you will work closely with the Senior Director, Business Development & Partners to identify and recommend business improvement opportunities, new market initiatives, drive partner acquisition opportunities, enablement and business growth in both new and existing markets. This role will directly interface with multiple functions as well as directly with our existing and prospective partners.
The role offers the opportunity to make notable impact, as well as the ability to shape key decisions about the business's future. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, performing deep analysis and then presenting it in an effective and concise manner on a regular basis.
