HelloFresh in Toronto, ON is seeking a sourcing manager to join our Packaging Strategic Procurement team. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve cost structure, product quality, reliability, and support innovation through new product development and SKU onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations and strategic sourcing functions
• 3+ years of packaging sourcing experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned categories to develop and optimize our supply network
• Refine and implement a sourcing strategy to optimize process, reduce risk, and improve cost structure
• Build and maintain a supplier base aligned with company values; manage relationships with strategic suppliers
• Manage cost savings initiatives through strategic sourcing processes to hit budget targets
• Leverage data and benchmarks to drive cost reduction and best practices
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement with data-driven reporting and project management
• Onboard new vendors and SKUs to drive cost savings and improve customer experience
• Proactively manage quality specifications and issues impacting ingredient standards
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations to set execution plans and track contract compliance
