The role requires 1–3 years in purchasing or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards is a plus).

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field – focus on Procurement or general Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, material planning, or a related field.
• CPG or food industry experience is asset.
• Prior packaging/artwork experience is asset but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP helpful.
• Hands-on ERP experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain; JD Edwards experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Category Manager with daily administration of category responsibilities.
• Coordinate supplier data, lead times, costs, and POs in ERP systems.
• Review packaging demand and forecasts; update contracts in JD Edwards.
• Obtain pricing from suppliers and maintain price catalogs.
• Support sourcing activities and cross-functional teams on packaging transitions.
• Prepare recurring procurement, inventory, cost, and supplier reports.
