Job Title : Strategic Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives through the application of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Proactively identify issues involving workflow procedures and processes, and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Document and validate expectations with subject matter experts to drive the creation of strong system specifications.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand priorities and drive progress towards established objectives.
• Evaluate alternatives relative to business requirements and provide advice rooted in deep subject matter expertise.
• Participate in process design meetings and translate outcomes into process documentation.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and validation with business subject matter experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Undergraduate or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working directly with the business and engineers to build complex solutions in the financial / investment industry.
• Ability to capture business and data integration requirements and prepare technical specifications for the Engineering team.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to deliver in a constantly changing and fast-paced organization.
