Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to lead occupancy planning and move management for a major energy-sector client across its portfolio. The role focuses on optimizing space, driving process improvements, and managing complex relocations with strong client relations.

The position requires on-site presence at the client's downtown Calgary office five days a week and offers exposure to CRE leadership, budgeting, and vendor coordination in a dynamic, regional context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in occupancy planning, facility, project, or construction management in Corporate Real Estate.
• Background in occupancy planning, project management, construction, architecture, or strategy planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client portfolio to identify space optimization opportunities and develop occupancy strategies.
• Manage move planning and execution, including staffing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate relocation activities, ensure playbooks and SOPs are followed, and manage post-move support.
