Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a marketing/communications role.
• 2–3 years experience in a non-profit setting.
• Post-secondary credential in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; strong tone, sensitivity, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual Marketing & Communications Plan and keep projects on schedule.
• Stay connected to Cambodia updates to fuel timely content.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to guide data-informed adjustments.
• Oversee content creation: mentor staff, write/edit content for materials, social media, newsletters, and more.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, inspiring, sensitive, and secure.
• Manage social media and keep the website up to date and engaging.
