Job summary

Prison Fellowship Canada seeks a National Communications & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of communication strategies, tell stories of transformation, and ensure visibility across digital platforms and campaigns. You will oversee email campaigns, social media, and web content while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong copywriting, project management, and analytics, with a passion for prison ministry and faith-based outreach in Canada.

Qualifications

• Mature and authentic follower of Jesus Christ with a Christ-like character.
• Active participation in a local Christian church and alignment with PFC values.
• Passionate about serving marginalized individuals and prison ministry.
• Respect for diverse Christian traditions within PFC’s network.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full functioning of the marketing department.
• Prepare communications plan for the CEO and align messaging with strategy.
• Manage Public Relations messaging and crisis communication.
• Explore and guide the use of AI tools in marketing and communications.
• Ensure brand guideline compliance across the organization.
• Develop, manage, and send email campaigns; maintain databases and audiences.
