Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, public relations or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of progressive marketing and communications experience, including leading projects and supervising staff.
• Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies with autonomy and accountability.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans that support ONCAT’s priorities and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead campaigns and communications materials across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage ONCAT’s editorial calendar for timely, coordinated communications.
• Provide leadership to the Communications Specialist and manage external vendors and partners.
