Regional Association of West Quebecers seeks an Executive Director to lead all aspects of the not-for-profit organization, guiding programs, finances, fundraising, HR, communications and member services. The role works closely with the Board to set vision, priorities and strategy, and to advance the organization’s mission in the Outaouais community.

• Degree or commensurate experience in nonprofit management, public policy, or equivalent.
• Strong fundraising and communications skills.
• Experience with boards and governance structures.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision capabilities.
