Desjardins is seeking a Regional Manager for Private Wealth Management to lead growth in Ontario and Northwestern Quebec. You will guide regional business development, build partnerships with caisse networks and senior teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards. Strong leadership and French/English proficiency are required.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, talent development, and a client-focused, high-net-worth service culture across the Desjardins ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of nine years of relevant experience.
• Registered with CIRO as: Registered Representative.
• Designated Supervisor: IDSC.
• French language proficiency required for Quebec positions.
• Advanced English proficiency for interteam and partner interactions.

• Execute the regional coordinated business development plan for Private Wealth Management.
• Standardize business practices and performance objectives regionally.
• Maintain relationships with caisse networks and partners to meet objectives.
• Draw up and monitor regional business development plan.
• Promote Desjardins wealth management regionally as an ambassador.
• Implement regional management practices to foster engagement and participation.
