Job summary

MNP in Canada is seeking a Client Account Manager for our Managed Services Practice to nurture strategic client relationships, understand goals, and ensure services meet or surpass expectations. You will act as the client’s advocate within the organization and drive continuous improvement, satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
• Experience conducting Executive Business Reviews and account planning.
• Experience in Managed Services or IT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, applications and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance and future needs.
• Monitor service delivery (SLAs, KPIs) and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
