Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive materials, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing; composites, fabrication, stamping, tool‑and‑die, or project manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning and stores teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure material readiness and capacity planning for customer launches and engineering changes.
• Own SAP materials processes including MRP, BOMs, and inventory transactions.
• Improve inventory turns and reduce excess while maintaining service levels.
• Coordinate inter-site transfers and Kitting/warehousing activities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for materials personnel.
