Job summary

Kenvue in Ontario, Canada, seeks a Manager, Site Materials Planning to lead the Guelph supply planning organization, including MPS, Detailed Scheduling, and MRP, aligning demand, capacity and inventory with service and financial goals.

The role reports to SR SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER CANADA and requires a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in manufacturing/logistics, and strong leadership. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO/SNP, Kinaxis, Excel and Power BI is highly valued.

Qualifications

• A bachelor-level degree is required with focus on supply chain management.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, or related field.
• 2+ years in people management or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic direction for Site Planning and lead execution against goals.
• Lead MPS, Detailed Scheduling and MRP to produce feasible production plans.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and resolve supply constraints.
• Identify capacity constraints and optimize asset utilization.
• Lead iSOP process and ensure accurate planning within SAP.
