Blackline Safety is seeking a Materials Manager to lead the Materials team in planning, procurement, inventory control, and material handling. You will drive production planning, optimize inventory, and implement ERP-driven processes across global operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations leadership, certification in supply chain, and hands-on NetSuite experience to support financial and CRM workflows. This role offers a hybrid work model and extensive growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Direct inventory control, procurement, receiving, and material handling operations.
• Manage production planning and scheduling based on demand forecasts.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Plan material capacity and layout for growth with ROI analysis.
• Implement MRP functionality within NetSuite ERP.
• Consolidate multiple inventory systems and align with EC constraints.
• Collaborate with global DCs to set min/max levels and lead times.
• Configure location-based put-away in ERP.
• Integrate future material systems with ERP/SMT software.
• Define KPI metrics for Materials team performance.
