Job summary

ACCU-STAFF is seeking a Controller – Manufacturing / Operations Finance to partner with operations and senior leadership, driving financial discipline and strategic decision-making. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control and internal controls to shape performance across the business.

With 5–10 years in progressive finance roles and CPA credentials, you’ll translate complex numbers into actionable insights and influence profitability and strategic direction within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior-level controller work.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial planning.
• Experience with IFRS and GAAP.
• Experience with financial reporting systems and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to understand performance and provide financial insight.
• Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Turn numbers into actionable insights with KPIs and benchmarks.
• Monitor monthly results, investigate variances, and improve profitability.
• Prepare financial outlooks and management reporting for senior leaders.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Lead reporting and compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Support continuous improvement through audits and process changes.
• Build and develop a strong finance function.
