Job summary

Archmill House Inc. is seeking an accomplished Controller to safeguard financial health across manufacturing and project environments. You will oversee month-end close, A/P/A/R, inventory valuation, and project costing, driving internal controls and reporting accuracy.

Ideal candidates have CPA status, 7–10 years in finance with leadership, and strong MS Office, ERP, and BI skills. The role is in Hamilton, with an in-person emphasis and some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• CPA designation.
• 7–10 years in finance/financial management with leadership experience.
• Strong project and manufacturing inventory accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC preferred) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with complete financial reporting.
• Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Manage inventory accounting, manufacturing costing, and project accounting (WIP, revenue recog.).
• Develop internal controls, policies, and audits to safeguard assets.
• Partner with PM and Operations to monitor project financials and KPIs.
