Job summary

RiseMe seeks a Manager for Postgraduate Medical Education to lead the PGME Office. You will guide HR, IT, data management and facilities while aligning with accreditation standards and strategic priorities. The role reports to the Associate Dean and collaborates with College leaders across multiple sites.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, coordinate programs, and ensure compliance with governance policies, driving high standards in postgraduate medical education delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business or Public Administration with at least 5 years of related admin/managerial experience.
• Knowledge of medical education programs and the CanERA/CanRAC accreditation context is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PGME Office and staff, including performance management and onboarding.
• Oversee IT, facilities, data management, and budgeting for the PGME Office.
• Provide strategic counseling to the Associate Dean and senior College leadership.
