Job summary

Ontario Shores Centre for MHS is seeking a permanent full-time Learning and Organizational Development Specialist. The role reports to the Vice-President, Communications, Culture and Engagement and focuses on learning, development, onboarding, engagement, and performance management across the hospital workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in learning and development or organizational development.
• Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Social Sciences or related field.
• Certificate in Instructing Adults is an asset; experience with change management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development initiatives and design blended solutions.
• Support onboarding, engagement, retention and performance development.
• Administer and enhance the Learning Management System and Performance Management System.
• Consult on corporate training initiatives and policies using expertise in design and facilitation.
• Provide project leadership and process improvement within HRIS and training programs.
• Apply change theories to support organizational initiatives and leadership development.
