Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Manager, Long-Term Care to provide leadership across the Long-Term Care Services department. The role focuses on implementing strategic objectives and overseeing planning, delivery and evaluation of care across assigned sites to meet NH priorities.

Starting salary is approximately $132,169 to $163,073, based on education, experience, and reporting structure, with NH salary scales guiding compensation.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant discipline with five to seven years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and delegate.
• Knowledge of long-term care operations and person-centered care models.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and evaluation of long-term care services across sites and programs.
• Implement strategic objectives and operational plans in alignment with NH policies.
• Provide leadership to ensure effective, efficient care delivery and program development.
