Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a motivated Land & Resource Co-ordinator to bridge technical resource management and strategic land development in Western Canada. You will support acquisition, permitting, and reclamation processes, working with Mining Engineers, Geologists, GIS Specialists and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes safety, data management and cross-disciplinary collaboration to sustain and grow our footprint. Bachelor’s degree and AutoCAD/ArcGIS skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining, Business, Engineering, Commerce, CET or related field, or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of work experience required.
  • AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS or equivalent training/certifications required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in targeting and evaluating aggregate properties for acquisition or lease.
  • Support securing land and resource permits from provincial and municipal bodies.
  • Maintain relationships with landowners, neighbours, and local communities.
  • Develop understanding of laws and contracts related to real estate, zoning and reclamation.
