Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Graduate Land & Resource Coordinator to bridge technical resource management with land development. You will support the full lifecycle from property targeting to reclamation compliance across Eastern Canada, collaborating with Mining Engineers, Geologists, GIS Specialists, and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a land-related field and bring 0–2 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Excel.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in land/resource roles.
Bachelor’s degree in land-related field or related disciplines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist in acquiring or leasing aggregate properties under Land Manager guidance.
Support permits and approvals with provincial and municipal agencies.
Maintain relationships with landowners and local communities.
Support regulatory compliance and annual reporting for land-related standards.
Assist field exploration activities and site visits with the Geological team.
Utilize AutoCAD and ArcGIS to aid the Land and Resource team.
