Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Graduate or early career Land & Resource Co-ordinator to bridge technical resource management and land development in Western Canada. You will support acquisition, permitting, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance across projects with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data management, field activities, and use of AutoCAD/ArcGIS, contributing to safe, compliant site operations while growing your career with Amrize.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and ArcGIS; familiarity with land/regulatory work.
• Experience with Excel and surveying is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist targeting and evaluation of aggregate properties for acquisition or lease.
• Support permitting and approvals with provincial bodies; keep paperwork updated.
• Maintain relationships with landowners and communities per Land Manager guidance.
• Learn laws and contracts related to real estate, zoning, and reclamation.
• Maintain land/resource documents; support LIS data development.
• Assist field exploration, site walkovers, and volumetric work where needed.
• Ensure SK1300 reports reflect project status for annual reporting.
• Use AutoCAD/ArcGIS to assist the Land and Resource team.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies in all work settings.
