Job summary

LNG Canada is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to drive strategic L&D initiatives across the organization. You will lead a portfolio of learning solutions, align with business priorities, and partner with stakeholders to enable performance, safety, and compliance.

You will mentor a Learning Advisor and shape learning strategies, governance, and program delivery while supporting Phase 2 readiness and growth in a complex hydrocarbon environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, adult education, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years designing, implementing, and evaluating L&D strategies.
• Strong governance, processes, and controls for L&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D strategy, three-year roadmap, and annual plan and budget.
• Define learning priorities, competency maps, and solutions.
• Ensure governance, assurance, and compliance for learning initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions and cultures to transfer knowledge and drive performance.
