LNG Canada is seeking a Learning Advisor to strengthen how learning solutions are developed, delivered, and assured to support safe, compliant, and effective performance. You will work with the L&D Lead, stakeholders, and SMEs to create courseware, job aids, and learning materials, ensuring accurate tracking and completion.
The role emphasizes practical delivery, high-quality course development, and learner support, with a focus on governance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Pay or shift range: $97,400 CAD to $121,800 CAD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

About the Role
Learning and Development is strengthening how learning solutions are developed, delivered, and assured to support safe, compliant, and effective performance across LNG Canada. This includes practical needs analysis, instructional design, course development, learning coordination, and evidence that employees have completed the training required for their roles.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Lead, the Learning Advisor supports assigned L&D plans and helps translate business learning needs into fit-for-purpose solutions. The role works closely with the L&D Lead, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop and maintain courseware, job aids, learning activities, and supporting materials.
The Learning Advisor supports learning priorities established by the L&D Lead and executes the approved L&D plan. This includes conducting needs analysis, supporting Job Competency Profiles, designing and updating learning activities, coordinating implementation, and helping ensure required learning is assigned, completed, and accurately recorded. The role focuses on practical delivery, quality course development, learner support, and accurate execution.
