Job summary

L’Oréal Canada is seeking a Director of Retail for Kiehl's to drive strategic performance, expand boutique presence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Canada. You will lead multi-site teams, steer leasing negotiations, and oversee inventory and store standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You’ll rely on analytical tools like Power BI and Gold Retail Insights to forecast growth, optimize profitability, and elevate the shopper journey.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury retail with large multi-site portfolios.
• Expertise in lease negotiations and property management.
• Strong ability to analyze retail KPIs and use Power BI.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy, forecast performance, and analyze KPIs.
• Lead and mentor a dispersed field team.
• Manage boutique footprints and lease negotiations.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and boutique standards with Ops.
