You will support portal operations, ETA management, and proactive communication with clients to uphold operational excellence and satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, maintaining compliance documents, and providing daily/weekly reports to improve forecasting and customer service

Responsibilities

• Portal Management & Service Coordination: Maintain and update service portals for customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of work orders and quotes; act as gatekeeper to all KAC portals and update each district team; handle escalations and discrepancies in quoted amounts, coordinating with estimators and service teams to resolve issues.
