Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or science.
3-10 years relevant work experience (e.g. for an online publisher or web app developer) will be reviewed as an equivalence to a degree.
Proven experience as an IT Functional Analyst or in a similar IT role.
Experience with web applications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis and propose solutions and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Create clear documentation of functional procedures, specifications, and business processes to guide end users.
Be an authority on system functionality and help guide stakeholders’ education of new features.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of business requirements.
Participate in the design and testing phases to validate that solutions meet functional requirements.
Manage project distribution and prioritization for a team of technical developers.
Validate and approve projects deployment to the production environment.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test scenarios and ensure that testing adequately covers functional requirements.
