Job summary

Workplace Safety and Insurance Board is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through implementation. This in-office role requires collaboration with business leaders, operational teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget across Ontario offices.

The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and drive results in a dynamic environment while adhering to WSIB standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of directly related project management experience.
• Experience leading projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain charters, work plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate resources and participants to meet goals.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to sponsors and leadership.
• Manage changes in scope and priorities while maintaining objectives.
