Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, scorecards, and data queries. You will lead enterprise reporting initiatives, ensure alignment of metrics, and drive governance and adoption across the organization.

You will oversee JIRA intake, collaborate with senior leaders, and deliver scalable Power BI solutions using Azure and Databricks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science).
• 5+ years of relevant BI/analytics experience.
• Experience with Power BI and enterprise data visualization.
• Experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, scorecards, semantic models, and data queries to support business needs.
• Act as technical lead to align metrics and drive reporting governance and adoption.
• Oversee JIRA intake and prioritization and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic analytics initiatives.
• Deliver scalable, trusted Power BI insights and advisory services to business partners.
