What You’ll Be Doing
As an Insights and Analytics Consultant, you will be instrumental in transforming recruitment data into actionable insights. Your expertise in data storytelling, dashboard development, and automation will support strategic decision-making within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence (COE) team. This individual will be an integral partner to all TA operations teams, providing the collection, interpretation, and dissemination of TA insights through data analytics (including MoM, QoQ, YoY trends, drivers of trends). Collaborating closely with TA leadership and cross-functional partners, you will drive initiatives that enhance our recruitment strategies across North America.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
