The University of British Columbia seeks a Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Projects to plan, manage and evaluate initiatives advancing the Faculty of Management's priorities. You will translate objectives into defined projects, coordinate across units, and ensure delivery within timelines, resources and quality expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop business cases, manage budgets and risks, and support transitions of completed initiatives to responsible units.

Competenze

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of three years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equity, diversity and inclusion considerations is expected.

Mansioni

• Plan and evaluate projects aligned to the Faculty's strategic priorities.
• Lead project teams, manage timelines, budgets and quality.
• Develop business cases, project charters and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with sponsors and units; ensure governance and alignment.
• Monitor risks, issues and stakeholder communications throughout projects.
