• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline; professional membership eligibility.
• Experience managing space planning, facilities operations and budgets.
• Graduate degree in Planning, Project Management, Facilities Management, Business or Architecture preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for space planning and facilities management across the Faculty of Medicine.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external consultants to implement space and facility plans.
• Oversee capital projects, budgeting, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Engage with Ministries, Health Authorities and university partners to align priorities.
• Develop and enforce space allocation policies and support change management.
