Responsibilities

• Support the IAM Chief of Staff in executing the department’s 3-year strategic roadmap.
• Lead and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives aligned with IAM strategic objectives.
• Manage and coordinate budget planning activities in collaboration with SMEs, Finance, and Sourcing teams.
• Provide leadership with insights and transparency on hiring metrics and workforce data.
• Develop and maintain executive reports including strategic updates and cybersecurity reporting.
