The Program Manager will support the IAM Chief of Staff and global Identity and Access Management (IAM) department by driving strategic initiatives and operational programs. This role focuses on budget coordination, workforce planning, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-departmental program execution. The position requires strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term IAM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the IAM Chief of Staff in executing the department’s 3-year strategic roadmap.
• Lead and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives aligned with IAM strategic objectives.
• Manage and coordinate budget planning activities in collaboration with SMEs, Finance, and Sourcing teams.
• Support hiring managers with recruitment coordination and hiring pipeline visibility.
• Provide leadership with insights and transparency on hiring metrics and workforce data.
• Organize departmental communication initiatives such as quarterly forums, QBRs, and internal updates.
• Develop and maintain executive reports including strategic updates, CIO briefings, and cybersecurity reporting.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards for reporting and data visualization.
• Support workforce strategy initiatives and talent development planning.
• Coordinate vendor contract execution and support vendor management processes with sourcing and finance teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
