• Establish governance, policies, controls, and performance measures for HSE.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging risks, regulatory developments, and opportunities.
• Oversee compliance with federal and provincial legislation, licenses, permits and reporting.
• Lead identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of HSE risks.
