Job summary

Desjardins in Quebec is seeking an HR professional to support caisse managers by developing, implementing and refining human resources solutions, programs and tools. You will advise on workforce planning, work-life balance, health and wellness, and recruitment, while supporting managers in difficult situations and in organizational development.

Responsibilities include analyzing applications, interviewing, pay integration, and ensuring compliance with laws and collective agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers in developing and implementing HR programs and practices.
• Collaborate on creating strategies and developing the HR action plan.
• Advise the Management Committee on HR initiatives and make recommendations.
• Support managers with absenteeism, performance, and work environment issues.
• Assist organizational development, change management, recruitment, orientation.
• Participate in hiring non-management caisse staff by analyzing applications and interviewing.
• Carry out pay integration according to rules and manage compensation systems.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes of conduct, and HR policies and practices.
• Adjust HR tools to meet caisse needs and facilitate implementation.
