Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for ADP Canada in Dartmouth. This role focuses on operational excellence in HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to ensure effective HR program delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR generalist experience within a mid-to-large matrixed global organization.
• Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency.
• Bilingual in English and French-Canadian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & administer critical HR processes related to employee lifecycle events.
• Work with Corporate ADP, Employment Law and HR Business Partners for compliance.
• Use analytical skills to leverage data from multiple sources for HR insights.
