Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a Resource Manager for a one-year contract, partnering with Health Authorities to drive operational excellence across the contract lifecycle. You will champion sustainability, safety, and efficiency while aligning client needs with Aramark capabilities and managing vendor relationships.

You will source food and supplies, address service-impacting issues, prepare client-facing financial statements and dashboards, monitor budgets, and support AI-enhanced reporting tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (ideally Food Services).
• 4-7 years combination education and experience.
• Acute Hospitality Management (Food Services, Housekeeping, Laundry).
• Advanced Food Safe certification.
• Sales, financial management, public speaking, supply chain knowledge; adaptable and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to Health Authorities; build relationships, identify opportunities for innovation.
• Resolve vendor issues, source products, partner with supply chain for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare financial statements and dashboards; monitor budgets and support AI-enhanced reporting.
• Support data clerks to ensure timely payment of invoices and POs.
• Prepare monthly invoicing and data reports for clients.
• Lead and support projects in safety, sustainability, marketing, and training.
• Monitor contract deliverables across procurement, safety, and operational efficiency.
