Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a senior strategic sales leader to grow the Earth & Environment business across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. You will partner with regional leaders, technical experts, and client teams to drive revenue, strengthen key accounts, and win major pursuits across energy, mining, infrastructure, and government sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, marketing, communications, sciences, or related disciplines.
• Experience in business development within a professional services or similar firm.
• Experience leading a team and driving pursuit strategy across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth strategies and key account plans to drive revenue and market expansion in Ontario & Atlantic Canada.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with regional leaders and client teams.
• Develop relationships with key clients and partners to identify emerging opportunities.
• Lead capture planning and major pursuits to improve win rates on high-value projects.
• Oversee regional proposals and pursuits teams, ensuring governance and best practices.
• Provide leadership in opportunity planning, performance reviews, and market trends to senior management.
