Job summary

IPEX, based in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a Market Strategy Insights Manager for a hybrid role reporting to the Vice President, Transformation Office. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, delivering market intelligence, and shaping portfolio strategy.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ground strategic decisions in data-driven insights aligned with long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
• 8–10 years of strategic marketing, market intelligence or strategy experience.
• Experience leveraging CRM platforms and market intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop market size estimates (TAM/SAM/SOM) and adoption scenarios for multi-product lines.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and entry pathways.
• Convert insights into actionable guidance for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide market context for business cases and AIM-stage deliverables.
• Translate insights into go-to-market strategies for marketing and sales.
• Track market indicators and report progress, risks, and implications.
