Qualifications
- Senior HR leader with ability to shape an enterprise agenda across People Analytics, HR Technology and Service Delivery.
- Proven track record building leadership capacity and aligning cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in governance, metrics, and enterprise reporting for HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across People Analytics, HR Technology, HR Systems, Master Data Management and HR Service Delivery.
- Elevate People Analytics as an enterprise capability and translate data into actionable insights for executives.
- Shape workforce intelligence strategy, define data ownership, platforms and governance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity and Talent Acquisition to enable delivery.
- Oversee processes from intake and case management to automation and self-service to improve HR services.
