Job summary

People Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to support consultants and the client servicing team, ensuring client-focused account support and relationship management for external clients and internal staff. You will set up new groups, provide professional service to clients and brokers, and focus on client retention and up-selling within your block of business.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in a client-facing role.
• Ability to act as Brand Ambassador or liaison for cross-functional services.
• Strong understanding of group benefits industry and funding arrangements.
• Completion or ability to complete GBA and/or Life License Qualification Program.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an assigned business block.
• Be a strategic thinker and offer innovative solutions.
• Network and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Coordinate between client, carrier and internal teams for claims and benefits issues.
• Set up new groups and assist with transitions to carriers.
