Ledcor seeks a Procurement Solutions Specialist to deliver deep Coupa knowledge and govern P2P and S2C processes with hands-on configuration and integration experience.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions and collaborate across Procurement, Finance, AP, and Supply Chain in a hybrid Vancouver environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business and 6+ years in eProcurement are expected; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree is an asset.
• 6+ years in eProcurement with hands-on Coupa sustainment and/or implementation experience.
• Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a strong asset.
• Coupa Core Implementation Specialist Certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations across enterprise environments.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI/Tableau or similar reporting tools is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Supply Chain Canada or APICS membership/certification is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Serve as internal Coupa SME across Procurement, Invoicing, SIM, Sourcing, Contracts (CLM), and Analytics.
• Monitor platform health, user adoption, and performance metrics for improvements.
• Advise on complex system issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.
• Lead master data alignment across chart of accounts, suppliers, contracts, and commodities.
• Deliver scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices and standards.
• Lead Coupa implementations, enhancements, and go-live support.
• Stay current on Coupa developments and influence roadmap through engagement with teams.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Supply Chain to optimize processes.
• Maintain configuration documentation and process flows for long-term sustainability.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Systems & Process Analyst (P3).
