Job summary

Redwire is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Manager in Ottawa to oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, focusing on flow, storage, and traceability of materials. The role ensures regulatory compliance, maintains accurate inventory records, and provides planning and control across stock movement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive cost-efficient processes, and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements while coordinating domestic and international shipping and warehousing activities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in inventory, materials, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo and Jamis preferred).
• Experience with kitting in a manufacturing environment (electronics preferred).
• Knowledge of export control regulations including CGP and NEXCOL.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials availability with Engineering, Flight Operations, and other departments.
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory transactions, kitting, and reporting.
• Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and material planning.
• Manage inventory levels, warehousing, and material flow.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping and logistics.
• Ensure CGP and export regulation compliance.
• Process shipping documents and maintain regulatory records.
• Use ERP/MRP systems for inventory traceability and reporting.
• Lead and develop inventory and logistics staff.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvements.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
