Job summary

Applicantz, Inc. is seeking an FP&A professional in Montreal to drive monthly forecast execution and budgeting workstreams.

You will update forecasting models, build automation for variance analysis, and document the processes for each forecast submission. You will collaborate with the Finance Transformation team to consolidate expenses, refine allocations, and ensure accurate mappings between employees and cost centers.

• Automation for variance analysis.
• Document and standardize forecasting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast preparation (Outlook, Forecast 1, Forecast 2).
• Update forecasting models and validate assumptions.
• Build automation or agents for variance analysis.
• Document processes for each forecast submission.
• Consolidated View of MX expenses (Actual vs. Forecast) in Power BI: identify gaps and allocations.
• Establish a repeatable reconciliation process between actuals and forecasts.
